Welcome to the UK’s leading quadcopter repair service. I’ve been repairing Parrot quadcopters since the initial launch in 2010. Unlike more traditional model aircraft, most modern quadcopters are flown by a computer with the pilot giving commands and the model working out how to obey. This means when something is wrong it’s harder to pinpoint what the cause could be. My past as a computer repair guy gives me a head start when it comes to diagnosing your problematic drone.

How Long does diagnosis take

Normally diagnosis is performed on the day the drone arrives here

How best send in the drone

We have found royal mail is best, but we also have great results with MyHermes, although in most cases shipping takes longer

What should i include / not include

Please only include the drone and your contact details

Items like batteries, cases, shells and chargers are not required unless they are at fault

What happens if i don't want to proceed with the repair

You will still be charged the diagnosis fee of £15 and the drone will be sent back via currier
